My Autumn Make Up Must Haves

In previous years, my Autumn make up picks have usually been something more vampy. This year I’ve opted for products that are bit more neutral – which is very unlike me!

Morphe 35o Eyeshadow Palette

This Morphe 35o palette is one of my absolute favourite palettes. It contains 35 shades which are a mixture of neutral mattes and shimmers so you can go from creating a simple eye look to something a lot more glam. I think for only £21, this is such a perfect everyday palette, however I think the orange and brown tones are particularly nice for this time of year.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipstick ‘Ashton’

When I think Autumn, I usually think a dark vampy lip, but this year I’ve been loving this ABH Liquid Lipstick in the shade Ashton, which I think is absolutely perfect. Initially when I picked it up, I thought it was going to be more of a rusty colour. It is more of a deep nude which I’m kind of happy about as it makes it a more wearable colour. I also think this is one of the most comfortable liquid lipsticks I own; it’s long wearing and does not dry out on the lips.

Mac Give Me Sun

I would never thought to include a bronzer in an Autumn make up post because I usually associate a “summer glow’ with er.. summer. This MAC Mineralise Skinfinish is the perfect shade to give a healthy glow without being to warm or cold toned. This product made it’s way into my collection quite recently and I honestly wish I’d jumped on the bandwagon for this soon, as I know it’s quite a popular product. The MAC Mineralise Skinfinish’s are actually a face powder/touch up foundation, but I absolutely love the satin, buttery texture for a bronzer.

Barry M Gelly Hi Shine Nail Paint ‘Paprika’

This nail polish has been in my collection for a while now, and I only ever seem to be wearing it at this time of year. It is a beautiful rusty orange colour. It just reminds me of pumpkins and all things autumnal. Barry M have always been one of my favourite nail polish brands, and I particularly love the Hi Shine range.

I’ve been itching to try the morphe palette, but I already have something similar. Some of my must haves are MAC nightmoth lip pencil, black or blue nail polish, super thick lashes and clear lipgloss.

I’m a more neutral make up shade person but haven’t been wearing much recently, I really want to start again though so will have a look especially at the lipstick. Thanks for sharing!!

Wow, the morphe palette has such nice autumny shades like the moss greens and oranges that remind me of autumn foliage. Great post!

Thank you for this inspirational post! I have to admit it. I tend to use the same colours all year on but I am tempted to give a go to the morphe tablette. x
